Ingredients
Toasted Muesli
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup of natural yoghurt
- 1 grated apple
- 1 cup apple juice
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Topping
- 150 g Pomlife pomegranate arils
- Banana, sliced
- Blackberries or fresh berries of your choice
- 2 tsp chia seeds
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, apple juice, and cinnamon stirring to combine and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight if preferred.
- In a separate bowl combine the walnuts, slivered almonds and shredded coconut. When the oat mixture has softened, remove from the refrigerator and stir through the yoghurt, grated apple and nut mixture.
- Add freshness with Pomlife fresh pomegranate arils, sliced banana, blackcurrants or berries. Top with a sprinkle of chia seeds, it’s the perfectly healthy way to start your day.
Tip: Replace the banana and berries with SPC sliced peaches and tropics pineapple pieces for variation
